Last night, Carolyn took the Crispin Team to see one of Branson’s top productions, the Clay Cooper Show in Branson, Missouri. Here is your Crispin Team review.
A pre-show kicks off the 2-hour ride with award winning variety artist, Matt Gumm. One of our very own “Crispin Kids”, Brody, the son of Top Buyers agent, Amanda Baker was chosen from the audience to participate in one entertaining surprise that we will save for you to witness yourself.
Once the smoke and lights rise, one of the most unique openers with a medley of America’s favorite songs kicks off another successful show.
There are a handful of theatres that have a large dancing cast, but few include this kind of powerhouse choreography and flawless synchronization.
“Never have I witnessed such synchronized dancing in all of my 15 years of performing,” states Elisha Conner, one of the Crispin Team’s top Buyers Agents who use to perform in local shows along wit ...

Thursday, December 5th marks the last night the Million Dollar Quartet would grace the stage at the Welk Theater in Branson, Missouri. It is always a bittersweet memory when a performer steps into the spotlight for the last time in front of an eager audience that came to show support for the closing show.
The Crispin Team showed up to review the shows performance since we hadn’t made our way there to see it until then. The set lights up with a scene from the Sun Records Recording Studio where the musical icons told a story of music, fame and change.
Amongst these legends were no other than Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Elvis Presley. From chasing #1 hits to finding their road to fame, these musicians/song writers shared one thing in common, greatness.
The casting was obviously done by a keen eye with a clear ear for perfect pitch and sound. The professional performers showcased impeccable acting skill and transparent musical talent.
From hit songs such as & ...

What is Faith?
Defined by the dictionary, faith is the complete trust in someone or something. This word is used often in the spiritual sense but how often have you been able to use it with someone handling important business on your behalf?
In order to trust, we must know a person has their own professional credibility backed by a strong company name in the business of serving clients and customers nationally with integrity and accuracy.
Keller Williams offers this peace of mind. Gary Keller has been leading this company to victory ever since he started it in 1983, remaining in the game, demonstrating what loyalty and commitment look like. Thousands of agents have followed in his footsteps and remain with the company today because they share the same values and standards of customer service.
What does my realtor know?
Your Keller Williams agent knows the market. He/She is in the MLS everyday where they can watch what comes on the market and what sells ...

You've been pre-approved by your lender and you have been looking at homes for weeks now. Finally, the right house has hit the market and you are ready to make your offer. Your real estate agent begins to type up your contract, then asks how much earnest money do you want to give?
The first thing that comes to mind is, "What is earnest money?!"
What is earnest money?
Earnest money is a deposit paid to the title company based upon the property purchase price.
Even a 100% loan such as VA may require some earnest money. This isn't necessarily enforced, but it is traditionally what sellers are looking for. They want to see you are serious by putting your cash down on the home you claim you are committed to buying if they accept the terms of your offer.
What happens if I don't want to give earnest money?
Not giving earnest money discourages sellers from accepting an offer because it is assumed that you are either not fully committed to buying t ...

It was 1999 and the old Christy Lane Theatre on Hwy. 76 was sold to a company from Las Vegas called "Legends In Concert". This high energy, fast paced show brought the glitz and glamour from Nevada all the way to the little big town of Branson, MO.
Selling tickets to the show in the box office was future Crispin Team member, Elisha Conner, at the tender age of 16. Once the show began, Elisha dreamed of trading in her ticket master training for a shot on the stage with a show and cast that this town had never seen before. She would watch the dancers everyday memorizing the moves and dreaming of the day she would get her chance with this production company. One dancer stood out from the rest. That performer's name was Shannon Lavin (now Cody), who made a lifetime lasting impression on Elisha that would be making an unknown impact in both of their futures in a big way.
Fast forward 11 years later, Elisha Conner waited until 2010 to audition for the 2011 season ...
